By downloading or playing Nova Blux ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; interfere with its ads or security; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Ads

The app is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads and any websites they link to are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

4. Game data

Scores and settings are stored only on your device. We cannot recover them if the app is deleted, its data is cleared, or the device is lost.

5. Intellectual property

The app, including its name, design, graphics, music and code, belongs to us or our licensors. The fonts Inter and Rubik are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and Capacitor and Zustand under the MIT License.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Updated terms are posted here and in the app with a new effective date; continuing to use the app means you accept them. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
